Nga:tji Weaving with Cedric Varcoe

Learn the art of Ngarrindjeri weaving and how the rushes are harvested. During the workshop Cedric will share stories of culture and Country. Nga:tji is the Ngarrindjeri totem for animal. Cedric is a Ramindjeri-Ngarrindjeri and Narangga artist in South Australia living on Country. The Black Cockatoo, black swan, the dingo and red belly black snake are my totems and nga:tji (good friend).
