Visit the strange and wonderous world of Luku Kukuku Steve Tilling at Hahndorf Academy! Meet your otherworldly reflection! This award-winning artist will create a new interactive digital art installation for the Adelaide Fringe Festival. Visitors to the gallery will be transformed into strange new beings. Bring the whole family to join in the fun! Luku Kukuku is collaborating with Steve Tilling on this work.

BIO

Luku Kukuku is a multidisciplinary multimedia award-winning artist, well known for his specialties of Art, Design, Animation, Digital Media, Interactivity and Sound Responsive Multimedia.

The magic of imagination, the delight of creativity, and the thrill of light, colour, and motion constantly drive Luku to strive towards new forms of artistic expression which fully capture the revolutionary tools at our disposal at this wonderful point in history.

Luku has made a wide variety of multimedia work for festivals, television, theatre and live music, as well as museums and businesses throughout Australia including creating digital artworks at the d'Arenberg Cube, with the immersive 360 degree alternate reality experience.

From 2011 - 2017 Luku was lead animator and interactive multimedia creative at Illuminart, the multi-award winning Light Art company, creating colourful and captivating animated content for projections and interactive extravaganzas such as the State Library of SA's 'Story Wall',  Gotye's 'Fractured Heart' in Sydney's Vivid Festival, and Slingsby's 'Ode to Nonsense' at Her Majesty's Theatre (amongst many others).
