“Hahndorf’s Hidden Histories” Community Project

Friday 13th 4pm to 7pm at Hahndorf Academy

Do you have any old photographs of Hahndorf? We have a community project for the Main Street of Hahndorf and we want to share your photographs and your stories.

We are holding a meeting with artist Rachel Harris, who works with old photographs and stories and adds a twist to bring a contemporary sense of humour to the work.  The photographs will be made into large posters and displayed on the Main Street of Hahndorf for History month in May and there will be a map and walking guide to attract lots of visitors to see them. This project celebrates local stories told by locals and  promotes the history of Hahndorf.
